Processing flow of concentrate powder
First step -mechanical crushing
Crushing medium and large raw ore to a uniform particle size and sieving out the particles of standard mesh size
Second step -ball mill
After crushing, the raw materials are conveyed to the ball mill by the conveyor belt for ball milling. There are many spherical objects in the ball mill, which are rotated and peeled to powder particles
(The unqualified cycle of ball milling enters the mill for re-grinding)
Third step
The ground ore powder and the corresponding proportion of water flow to the storage silo in the form of slurry.
Fourth step
The slurry in the storage bin needs to be pumped to the cyclone by a slurry pump. do initial sorting
Fifth step
According to the working principle of the cyclone, the mixed slurry is separated into concentrate slurry and tailings slurry by centrifugal force and gravity combined force field.
Six Step Concentrate Treatment
The concentrate pulp with high iron content enters the concentrate powder storage tank, and is pumped by the slurry pump to the vertical ring magnetic separation equipment for the concentrate powder magnetic separation. Machine (solid-liquid separation equipment) forms iron powder after solid-liquid separation
Seven Step Tailings Treatment
If the tailings contain a large amount of sand, pump the tailings with a slurry pump into the sand washing equipment. After the sand is taken out, the finished sand can be sold.
The remaining tailings, with a large soil content, are pumped to the thickening pond (tailings pond),
Use the slurry pump to pump the tailings into the filter press tailings storage tank, and then use the filter press feed pump to pump the tailings into the filter press for solid-liquid separation. The separated water can be recycled and the separated soil can be sold or backfilled
