CNZKING's slurry pumps include horizontal slurry pumps and vertical slurry pumps. The models of vertical slurry pumps are ZV ZTC and ZF respectively. Among them, ZV and ZTC are also called submersible pumps. This article will show you the working knowledge of vertical submersible pumps.
How do we distinguish between horizontal pumps and vertical pumps? When the shaft position is parallel to the horizontal plane, it is called a horizontal slurry pump; when the pump shaft position is perpendicular to the horizontal plane, it is called a vertical slurry pump. Because the general vertical slurry pump is used in the slurry pit to pump slurry, the pump head part should be placed below the liquid surface, so it is also called a submersible slurry pump.
According to the height of the slurry pool, different lengths of pump drive shafts or suction pipes can be selected. When there are high requirements for the depth of the pool water, a customized extended shaft can be used.
Shaft seal (seal) of the vertical pump: no shaft seal and shaft seal water are required, and it can work normally even under insufficient suction conditions.
Vertical slurry pumps are mainly suitable for conveying corrosive, coarse particles, and high-concentration slurries. Widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, electricity, building materials, environmental protection and other departments.
Transmission mode of vertical pump: V-belt transmission and elastic coupling transmission. Overall performance: adopt multiple speeds and multiple variants to make the pump operate under the best working conditions, with long service life and high operating efficiency, and can meet various harsh transportation conditions.
